New Work Flow Process Improves Bottom Line

Our health care client wanted to move from routing documents by paper to routing them electronically. They were planning to outsource the sorting, batching and imaging of their paper claims and correspondence, and needed help analyzing current paper processes and documenting the new electronic process.

Diamond i associates were responsible for coordinating and documenting requirements, coordinating and communicating with business and technical stakeholders for training, monitoring the purchase and installation of computer monitors, coordinating the deployment of the new software and ensuring the new business processes were implemented.

As a result of Diamond i’s work, the client implemented new streamlined processes, increased the first-time-through success rate for claims, and was able to reduce staffing by 45 FTEs due to effective training.
