Training on Mandatory Federal Regulations

Our health care client needed to educate and inform its employees of new mandatory federal regulations. Diamond i provided training and training materials for employees located at three regional sites so they could implement the regulations and support their customers.

Diamond i’s role was to create online and printed training materials, and provide classroom training to employees on newly designed applications that supported the projects’ implementation. Diamond i associates tracked the completion of each individual’s training and helped employees understand how the new regulations would impact their daily activities. As a result, the employees learned to change their daily tasks and better respond to customer inquiries.
