Our associate provided data management expertise and quickly identified and analyzed multiple sources of associated data collection points, clarifying the business purpose of the data source and the business purpose of the target data architecture. Working with knowledge experts and senior management, our associate helped the client migrate from an account-based system, which centered the collection of data on the accounting side with limited information on the individual donor, to a customer-centric system. The customer centric view centered the collection of multiple data points on the individual donor while linking that individual to the accounting side as well.

Our associate helped the client better understand their existing and potential customers, stimulating an internal transformation of the business, culture and system into a new customer-centric view. They were now positioned to increase and maintain customer satisfaction and value.
